About Juliana

I’m Juliana Caren, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). My role as a therapist is to help you access those parts of yourself that feel hurt or lost, and to understand what may be preventing you from moving forward. Working together, we’ll explore these issues and help you harness your own strength and resilience. I’m here to support and guide you through it all.
Sessions with me include a great deal of self-reflection and exploration, helping you gain better insight into the underlying causes of your symptoms and empowering you to make healthy changes in your life.

The Process
What to expect.
Free Consultation
We start with a complimentary 15-minute call. You can ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and we’ll determine together whether we’re a good fit.
Your First Session
We begin getting to know each other. There’s no agenda beyond creating safety. You share what feels right, and we start building the foundation of our work together.
Ongoing Therapy
Sessions are typically weekly. Over time, we go deeper: exploring patterns, building insight, and supporting the changes you want to make in your life.

I believe good care should be accessible. I’m in-network with several major insurers and offer out-of-network billing support.
